1. Who we are
This site is operated by DATI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (HK BR 78332564-000-06-25-3), trading as BLUS ENERGY. Our registered office is at RM 701, UNIT 108, 7/F, TWR B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
For privacy matters please email info@blusenergy.com.
2. What we collect
When you submit an inquiry form, contact form or newsletter form, we receive the information you provide — name, email address, phone number, company name, country, and the body of your message. We may also log your IP address, user agent, and the page you submitted from for spam-prevention and audit purposes.
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies on this site. We do not buy, sell, or rent personal data.
3. Why we use it
We process the data you submit for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry, quoting, fulfilling orders, providing after-sales support, and — if you opted in to the newsletter — sending occasional product updates.
Legal basis under GDPR (where applicable): performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (Art. 6(1)(b)), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for spam prevention.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained for up to 36 months after the last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by contacting us.
5. Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our internal CRM / email system. Depending on configuration, data may be transmitted through a webhook provider (e.g., Zapier, n8n) or an email service provider (e.g., Resend). Any sub-processor we use is bound by data-protection terms.
Data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where transfers leave the EEA/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights write to info@blusenergy.com. We will respond within statutory deadlines.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
7. Security
We use TLS for all data in transit and restrict access on a need-to-know basis. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
