How do I request a product quote and sample?
Fill in the form on the Contact page or email us at info@blusenergy.com. Please include voltage, capacity, dimensions, usage scenario, target certifications and required quantity. Our engineers will respond within 24 hours.
What is the product minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard cells: MOQ 500 pcs. Customized battery packs: MOQ 100 pcs for prototyping, 1,000 pcs for mass production. Smaller quantities can be discussed.
Which international safety certifications do your battery products carry?
IEC62133, UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS, UL2054, UL9540, IEC62619, KC, BIS, PSE, CB, ISO9001, ISO14001. We can also arrange additional certifications on request.
How long do sampling and bulk delivery each take?
Standard products: 7–15 days. Customized packs: 15–25 days for samples, 25–45 days for mass production (depending on certification and tooling).
What is the official warranty period for all battery products?
12 months for consumer cells, 24 months for industrial packs, up to 10 years for energy storage systems (subject to project scope).
Do you provide installation guidance and technical support for energy storage systems?
Yes. For BESS and household storage we provide installation manuals, remote training, on-site commissioning (paid) and 24/7 ticket support.
